First issue of spider man auction for U$ 1,000,000
THE FIRST COPY OF SPIDERMAN IS AUCTION FOR MORE THAN A MILLION OF DOLLARS
A copy of the comic in which for the first time appeared Spider-man (Spider-man) was sold for $ 1.1 million, according to the agency Associated Press, quoting Stephen Fischler, director of the auction house in Internet ComicConnect, which organized the sale.
The batch of ‘amazing fantasy’ is the comic-book number 15 published in August 1962 and in very good condition. Both the seller and the buyer of the comic book wanted to remain anonymous.
The price for which sold the magazine for almost fifty years was 12 cents. However, the $ 1.1 million paid by this copy are only the second most expensive price in similar auctions. The record was achieved in March 2010 with the first issue of the comic of Superman, sold for $ 1.5 million. In third place among superhero comic books auctioned for prices is Batman, whose first issue was sold for 1.075.500 dollars in February 2010.
